OUR STORY
Andy’s Autos Group was established in 1956 as a family-run automotive business in Melbourne. Over the decades, we recognised a persistent challenge: quality industrial land — properly prepared, permitted, and practical — was hard to come by for businesses in recycling, transport, and earthworks.
And it’s only getting harder.
Most industrial land today is developed with factories and warehouses in mind. Open, outdoor-use land — suitable for heavy machinery, materials recycling, vehicle storage or processing — is increasingly rare. That’s the niche we specialise in. Today, we operate a portfolio of heavy industrial sites across Victoria and Queensland, supporting both small operators and multinational businesses. Our yards are built for serious use: hardstand surfaces, long-term leasing options, existing recycling permits, and essential services like power and water.
